You can bridge from Gam3 Testnet from Arbitrum Sepolia using the steps below:

1. Go to https://gam3-testnet-zem7c059c1-53146cc5847ed5c9.testnets.rollbridge.app/

2. Depending on the direction of the bridge (Arb -> Gam3 or Gam3 -> Arb), click the Deposit or Withdraw tab

3. Enter the amount of Gam3 you want to bridge

4. Click on "Withdraw"
